With so many options out there to choose from - I just chose something that was affordable. As the title says, It gets the job done. There are various thrust and vibrate options to suit your needs. I didn't think that the warming feature was really going to make that much difference but it does. The only thing that's disappointing is that the motor that powers the thrusting slows down if there is any pressure applied (or resistance) but for the price it still works pretty well.
